Welcome to Friends Packer & Movers. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by our customer support team.
Bookings are subject to availability and may require a token or advance payment.
2. Pricing and Payments
- The final cost of the service will depend on the volume of goods, distance, packaging material, labor required, and additional services.
- Any additional charges due to changes in volume or destination not disclosed at the time of booking will be added to the final bill.
- Full payment must be made on or before the completion of the move.
3. Packing and Handling
We use high-quality packing materials and take utmost care in packing and handling your goods.
While we take all precautions, fragile and valuable items should be declared beforehand to ensure proper packing and insurance.
4. Insurance and Liability
We recommend availing transit insurance for your goods. The company is not liable for any damage or loss due to accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen events if insurance is not taken.
In case of any claim, the customer must provide proper documentation and evidence.
5. Delays and Cancellations
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer less than 24 hours before the move, cancellation charges may apply.
6. Restricted and Prohibited Items
We do not carry hazardous materials, perishable goods, flammable items, or illegal substances. Customers are responsible for removing such items before the move.
7. Disputes and Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the services shall be resolved amicably. In case of legal intervention, the jurisdiction shall be the local court where the company office is located.
